Mindfulness what thas it mean,
ins of mindfulness practice can be traced back to Buddhist origins, more than 2,500 years ago.In UK Almost 370 schools have included mindfulness in the program of children’s right from primary. Mindfulness is about living in the present moment; it includes conscious awareness of thought, emotions and feelings. In the 21st century we are living in you do not need to be on the top of a mountain to practice mindfulness.
When you are doing something that you really enjoy, your mind is able to save every moment . In the same way when you practice mindfulness,your mind becomes rejuvenated and refreshed, allowing you to save and remember every moment of your life.Lack of mindfulness makes people careless. It also contributes to fatigue and insomnia, as our mind is over energised, and jampy.

A mindfulness coaching session with me includes, the following of four main objects of attention tohelp you to focus your attention on the present:
Physical sensations (heat, cold, wind, sunshine, pain, soreness, etc.)
Feelings (pleasant feelings, uncomfortable sensations, etc.)
Mental state (sadness, peace, joy, contentment, envy, anger, etc.)
Objects of consciousness (this includes all three factors listed above)
Price: $200 for a 30-to-50 minute call three or four times a month
